0.2a... Released (Sort of)

0.2a is here! The features you are getting are those I mentioned in the last post. Things have been tested a bit more and you shouldn't have as many problems. I'm still working on more features and additions to this release (expect a 0.2.5a in the next week or two to bring the rest of the features I promised you before. I have heard all of you who are asking for the sortable buddy lists (it is something I want too, just not a priority for me yet). Leave feedback or send e-mail to mercury@idavidson.net (don't forget to attach those crash logs). Lastly, I hate to beg but I have set up the PayPal donation link in the sidebar and I'll provide it hear too PayPal anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated. Happy holidays!

Awesome! Love the auto-connect on startup and auto-reconnect. Love the auto-idle timeout!

Would love to see the option to only see connected people. makes having the list much shorter.

Thanks!

Just started using this... and the one thing i'm noticing is that it is not saving my contact list when i quit and re-open the app... is this feature not implemented yet... or is there something wrong on my side...

maybe i'll try chucking the preferences file and see what happens then...

This is the third sametime client I have used for the Mac, and definitely the best! Thanks for all your hard work.

Nice client. I miss the "UserID is responding" as they are typing their response. Lets you know that you are not just sitting there staring at the screen waiting...

Excellent release. One minor nit, though: whenever the client disconnects, either through lost connectivity or if the computer goes to sleep, then it closes all of the active message windows. So the problem I have it that I'll step away from my computer for a while, and it will go to sleep; when I wake it, I may have lost some incoming messages.

This is the best sametime client that I have used for Mac!
Only feature I'd like to see is to sort names alphabetically -- my sametime client at work sorts names but somehow this client doesn't so its hard to find a name.
